Refund policy

All items are non-refundable unless it was an error from the company. We do provide exchanges on sizes, within 5 business days, but the consumer is responsible for all shipping fees. If the product is no longer available, we only can provide a store credit.

The Unkept PROMISE:

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for:

Items with damage
Items that have been worn
Items that have been washed
Items with stains
Buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All items are made to order. Shipping time reflects when the shirt is shipped, not when the order is made. Please allow in some cases 4-7 business days before your order is shipped. We Appreciate You!
